Q: i recently installed new dvd drives on windows 7 desktop. i tunes says missing registry reinstall. i have done this i am unable to connect to store, radio or anything else. i can play music?
i recently installed dvd drives on desktop win7. when i open itunes i get the error registry values missing. i have uninstalled and reinstalled many times to no avail. i cannot acess the store, radio, or burn cd's. everything worked fine before the new drives were installed. itunes works fine on laptop win7 also. can anyone help with this issue?

when i try to access the store it just has the message accessing itunes store and does not. i ran the diagnostics and i am connected to internet yet the last one fails which is the connection to itunes store.
With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
