How do I save as Hi-Res pdf (300dpi)? from Pages app

Hi

I have created a Pages document on my ipod. How do save/export the document as a Hi-resolution 300dpi pdf file? I cannot see any menu for selecting settings for pdf anywhere.

I need to have the pdf Hi-res as I work in a print co and currently the pdf I get is only 72dpi, despite the images used all being hi-res.

Hi Acro,

You've posted in the community discussing Pages for Mac OS X, an application with some different controls and characteristics from the iOS version (for iPod and iPad).

I've asked that your question be transfered to the iWork for iOS community, where the expert users of that version are in more plentiful supply.

Regards,

Barry

Instead of saving the PDF from the Print Dialog, use the FILE->EXPORT. On the PDF option, you can choose, Good, Better, Best. I just did a test of Best and opened it in photoshop. It shows to be at 300DPI. Thanks for asking the question, this will help me to extract some of these great templates and create them in InDesign CS5. I love Pages, but my team is working in InDesign.
