I need help. I took a lot of pic at my daughters wedding

I need to know how to get my pic to my computer. my daughter got married and half the pic downloaded from my phone to my pc but now it says no more pic on my phone wont transfer the rest to my pc i want to move them so I can get them sent out. can anyone help
