The short answer is no.
The 14.4mbps is a download speed based on a revision of HSPA (HSDPA) and is limited to what revision the wireless carrier has. It refers to cellular data speed only. The two antennas allow for better reception of the cellular signal and switches back and forth seamlessly to make sure you have the best signal possible.
Wifi has a seperate antenna and that download speed will vary. I'm on a 30mbps plan but the most I've seen was around 17mbps. If your broadband plan is 10mbps, then the max you could download would be 10mbps (minus overhead) while on wifi.
It doesn't pull downloads simultaneously from cellular and wifi to combine them for double the speed, if that's what you're wondering.
