May 30, 2012 9:24 PM in response to iLoveRainbowsby AbbyLou33,I am having the same or similar problem. It tells me something along the lines of "iTunes could not connect to sync services." Then it tries to sync and gets stuck on step 2 of 7. I have updated my iTunes and my iPod Touch and it still freezes like this.
