everytime i plug my itouch into my itunes it says that i need to restore it in order to add my songs...it wont let me back it up or anything...is there any way i can save all my songs before i restore it cause it will delete my music...or is there anyway i can save it? i dont have the songs on my computer

What is "this"?
The iPad backup that itunes makes does not include synced media like apps and music. If the synced media is not in your iTunes library before the restore it will not be on the iPod after the restore is completed.
