Is my wi-fi supposed to be turning on and off all the time? That frustrates me! iMessage won't even let me send messages! i type in the contact name, then type my message but it wont let me click in 'send.' help!?!?!

WiFi should not be turning on and off all the time. You may experience this when you are on the fringes of your WiFi coverage. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal, if not, change your location to closer to the router. If you are away from WiFi coverage, iMessage should use your cellular data.
