Using Saitek Cyborg 5.1 headphones

How do I hook up my 5.1 headphones using the USB in my Mac? When I do that I get it to work in stereo just fine, but it doesn't work in 5.1!

There are no Mac drivers for the headset on Saitek website, but maybe there are some other drivers out there! I have a late model MacBook pro
