    guess I best not download it  and just leave the computer as it is not able to use it for things that I use it for but what else can i do, Thank you very much for your help

    Mindy, you have completely lost me now. You did post to the iMac Intel forum, that's how I knew what you have. You came here to fix your iMac so it would work with those two sites where you need Flash (and believe me there will be dozens if not hundreds more in the future). I told you to go there, download and install the update. What more do you want me to say?

    look who is being so uppity now, I just want to make sure I am doing the right thing before I do it for I need this computer to make a living, so now I will go and download it thank you again for your help

    Thank you very much this did fix the problem 100% now I can get back to work and write and send letters of condolences  to our Fallen Heroes Families.  I honestly can not thank you enough for putting up with me being so frustrated over this.
