May 31, 2012 9:03 PM in response to Stagemonkey42by John Galt,Using Migration Assistant, no, you can only select your Applications folder, your Music folder, etc.
Migrate your entire Applications folder, then delete what you do not need. Or, simply copy individual applications using Target Disk Mode or other means of connecting your other MacBook.

May 31, 2012 10:29 PM in response to John Galtby Courcoul,I agree with John, since either Migratiion or Setup Assistant will take care of copying not just the apps themselves, but all the required support files that may be found in the various folders within /System, /Library or your home folder. I've had them move over the whole MS Office for Mac 2011 suite without even losing the product registration.
Setup Assistant runs only the first time a newly purchased or reinstalled Mac is turned on/
