How do I move iTunes content to my Zune?

Drag it from the iTunes window to the Zune on the desktop.

The Zune does not show up on the desktop. For some reason the iMac does not recognize the device, not even as an external drive.
Install Windows under Parallels?

You really should get help about this on a Zune technical support site. I know newer Apple devices only show in iTunes and maybe Zune has something similar going with Windows. Older devices had a disk mode where they would show up as a drive, but on advanced devices that is no longer the case.
Did you look, for example, here?
