I have purchased an Apple TV and have nothing but trouble in downloading films. When I press download it can take up to Five days to download then whe I press play it starts downloading agin? And any films which have been downloaded disappear as well!

Apple TV does not work! I have downloaded 5 films and they all have taken 10 to 20 hours to download and then started downloading agin again when I pressed play! It seems the system has too many bugs to work! I am a Mac supporter but every other Mac machine I have purchased has worked as a plug and play. I have speng hours researching what i have done wrong and it appears to be that the Apple TV does not work! I will now ask for my money back. Really really annoyed!
