I have tried everything and nothing works i dont know what to do!
iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1
What have you tried? If you haven't done this already try rebooting the iPad by pressing and holding the on/off and home buttons simultaneously until the screen goes blank and you see the apple logo. It should take about 10-15 seconds to reboot.
I tried signing out of the appstore then robooting then signing back in and it didnt work i tried completely restarting it all over and it did not work i tried erasing everything off of my ipad and it wont work nothing will work and i dont know why! It says unable to downloadd (app name) at this time! Do yoou have a imessage i could send you a pic if not please help me
If you want to post an image, you will need to post it here. No one in their right mind will post an email address on the board.
You also might want to consider simply trying again later.
Are you getting the "cancel or retry" message? Is a specific app being named in the message that you get?
Someone posted his Apple ID AND his password on the site last night. I immediately asked the mods to remove both. I almost crapped myself when I saw that .....

I get the error unable to download (app name) at this time it has been happening for a long time and i cant fix it there are 2 options that are there one says Retry and one says Done if i press retry it just pops up again if i press done the app just sits there and it doesnt say waiting or installing or downloa!! please help

Have you tried deleting the download? Tap on the icon until it wiggles and then tap the X to delete it. Then see if it will download.
I have tried that also i have tried multiple apps and it wont work on none of them!

Do you have a stalled download in iTunes perhaps .... A song or podcast? If you have something in there that didn't finish downloading, that can cause problems. Look in there and check. If there is a download that stalled - finish it or delete it and then see if the apps will update.
I take it that you do not sync with iTunes because if you do - you can update the apps in there and then sync them to the iPad.
