on june 30 will my address still be at me.com or will the address change to @icloud.com?

There is no such address as @icloud.com. Provided you migrate before June 30 your @me.com address will be retained; but if, as your signature says, you are using Leopard you will have to set Mail up manually to receive your iCloud email, as detailed here:
