Q: Personal Hotspot is not there!!!iOS 5.1.1

I update my iphone software to 5.1.1 but in this version i can't find personal hotspot!! Did anybody have an idea about it??

I solve the issue. The problem was with the tethering setting.

For those who have the same problem:

Go to setting>general>network>cellular data network and fill up the setting under internet tethering.

To get the settings, contact your network provider.
