Does anyone else get this message when trying to download software from within a particular app? And if so, how do I fix it?

The error message pretty much tells you how to fix it does it not? There must be a problem with your account, perhaps an expired credit card...
Nope. Username and password is correct and credit card info is up-to-date.
Have you done as the message says and contacted iTunes Customer Support?
Is there any other way besides contacting itunes support?
Yes, ignore the error... stop doing whatever you are attempting to do and never get it fixed.
iTunes already told you how to resolve the issue... it is YOUR choice to do it or not.
Thanks for the response, guys. I did contact iTunes support but they didn't know how to fix the problem. Funny thing is though that the problem eventually fixed itself. I waited about a full 24 hours and tried again and it finally went through.
