How do you report it and to whom?

Not to Apple. File a police report. You can get the serial number from http://supportprofile.apple.com if the iPhone was registered.

hey, can i block my phone? and how can i do it?

Hey, i dont know what you mean by block @Mulerskaite but if you ever lost your phone you can actually use Find My iPhone. If you wanna report, file a police report. 😉

You can remotely set a passcode using Find my iPhone's Remote Lock feature, if that's what you mean by "block."

You should also consider calling your Wireless Carrier to report the phone lost/stolen so they can suspend your service so whoever finds/has it, doesn't rake up a whole bunch of charges.

what you mean block is it call jailbreak? i dont support jailbreak though

i lost my iphone, and i dont have find my iphone app, so its a big problem for me, my sister was using find friends, and after like 2 weeks( after someone stole my iphone) she saw that my iphone is in other city, and then i went to police they couldnt do anything, and they said i just need to wait, so i wont get help from police , they are useless.so really i dont know what to doo
