I have tried many different fixes I've found but nothing has worked, from checking firewall, to deleting certain files, re installing itunes among other things. I've had this issue since March.

Could you walk us through what happens (when you try to connect to the Store) in some more detail, please?
I start my I tunes and it automatically tries to access the I tunes store, but it never does. I'll close the pop up and my I tunes is not signed in, so I'll enter my email and password and nothing. Because I cannot connect to the store, my computer is not authorized, therefor I cannot sync my Ipod, nor play any of the media purchased through I tunes.I have tried the prompt command, made allowances on my fire wall, deleting pref files. In the autoruns for windows the only product I find is Speedbit Video Accelerator with the LSP SBLSP over [MSAFD Tcpip [TCP/IP]] and I belive it says to check for updates, but how do I do that?

That will almost certainly be the cause of the problem.
Try uninstalling your SpeedBit altogether. Can you get through to the Store now?
I deleted the speed bit thread and I tried starting I tunes but it said that Bonjour had been removed and Itunes won't load now
Restart the PC. Head into your uninstall a program control panel. Select "Bonjour" and click "Repair".
Does the repair install go through properly? If so, does iTunes launch without the error message now?
no luck, it was repaired but still can't access the store.
