WHY IS MY SCREEN FUNCTIONS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ON MY I-PHONE 4G?
I can't scroll and my touch screen does not respond normaly. Is there anything I can do?

Try: Settings - General - Accessibility - Voice Over = Off. Note, you will need to use 3 fingers to scroll to various menu items.
