Which is better white ipad or black ipad?

Neither is better for viewing. The screen is exactly the same whether you get white or black. There is no comparison, they are the same, neither is better. It all depends on whether you like black or white better.

I had a black iPad 1, and was sure I wanted a black iPad 2. However, they were in very short supply when they first came out. After waiting several weeks I gave in and accepted the first one I could get, which was a white one. Now I'm glad I did.

You really need to decide for yourself, but will probably like either one.

I personally have black, and I guess you could say there is more contrast between the screen and the rim if you get the black model. But again, whether white is "distracting" or not really varies user to user. I guess I would recommend black to you.

it will match my new Volvo S60 D3 with two-tone steering wheel…

I really think white is better it makes vidoes and pictures vivid and make them pop out and using the white ipad people can tell that its the 3rd generation ipad. (i still respect your opinion 100%)🙂

Whatever get's you the most attention at starbucks. I'd say white, because people won't instantly know you have an iPad if it's black, and that just defeats the whole purpose of buying it.

But if it's white then those coffee stains would show up more 😉

Like other's are saying get the one that you like the best. There will be zero differences between white and black on the screen. No difference whatsoever.

I like black so it's personal perference.
