how do i download apps without a credit card

memajojo, I don't think you can do it without a credit card mate. I can't find diddly or squat on how to do this without a credit card, unless you go buy some gift cards.

I don't have to give Microsoft my credit card details (or purchase gift cards etc) just to install an application on my Windows machine. Sorry to make the comparison and I will probably get flamed for it, but seriously guys.. seriously.. 😟

Same problem i am facing. Kindly Apple team help me.

I am using iPhone 4S, i created a new Apple ID, but while going for Applie ID account review, it is showing Payment option, but there is no "None" option there, so we can proceed the review option without entering my Credit card option. Here, I am attaching the snapshot.

Kindly do needful. I am really upset with Apple services. ;(

We are fellow users here on these forums, you are not talking to 'Apple team'. It's also not a good idea to post screenshots which contain your personal info on public forums (if you are not in the US then you cannot use the US store).

If you don't use those instructions when creating an account then you will need to enter credit card details before you can use the account to download any item in the store - when you've credit card details you will then get the 'none' option so that you can remove the card.
