Sync iPad with Mac and PC
I want to sync my iPad with both my Mac and PC and it must not delete stuff from the other machine.
MacBook Pro 15", Mac OS X (10.4.11)

iOS devices are primarily designed to be synced with one computer only. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1474
If you manually manage your media, rather than automatically sync it, you can kind of do what you want.
If your two computers are both on the same network, use iTunes Home Sharing feature.
