siri has the wrong name it is not my name it is a contacts name

Settings>General>Siri>My Info> select your name from your contacts.

Make sure you have a contact entry for yourself, then: Settings>General>Siri>My Info...make sure this points to your contact entry.

This doesnt work if you have multiple devices and share an iCloud account to keep them all in sync. The same contact person ends up being the same person on all the devices.

Anyone have a answer to this. Like a lot of other folks I have a iCloud account shared across the family. Now the Siri name sync across all of us. Any ideas?

I am sharing a single iCloud account on multiple iOS devices in my family, does anyone know how to fix Siri to recognize the Settings>General>Siri>My Info> to select and stay with the iOS personal information instead of the iCloud master account information being shared?

can anyone help? ive sent txt's to the wrong person before--whose names were close in proximity. so i edited the name, but when i still go to send out a txt to a person whose name is similar, the edited name will still show up. it seems the edited name and the original contact accounts are linked...can i unlink them?
