how do I delete a display profile.

how do I delete a display profile.

It's from an old, unused Spyder calibration and, keeps telling me I'm out of date. I can find the list of old profiles, but can't find a way to delete them.

Macintosh HD > Library > Color Sync > Profiles > Displays

If the message pops up again when I reboot the issue is probably with Spyder I would think. By the way, the current profile did not show up in the list. Do you know where else it might be?
