It's from an old, unused Spyder calibration and, keeps telling me I'm out of date. I can find the list of old profiles, but can't find a way to delete them.

If the message pops up again when I reboot the issue is probably with Spyder I would think. By the way, the current profile did not show up in the list. Do you know where else it might be?

Look in your, Home User > Library > ColorSync > Profiles
By "home user" do you mean my computer name? Under that I couldn't find library.
