Where are my photo stream pictures?

I had to remove and reinstall icloud on my iphone. Photo stream only downloaded 37 of the 301 photos I have in it. How do I get the rest to download?

Photo stream only keeps the last 30 days of photos.

Thank you. I did not know this, and neither apparently did the Genius and the Helper I delt with today at the Apple Store. I am older and wiser.
