I'm trying to reinstall Lion from my Recovery HD.

I'm running a late 2008 MacBook Pro. I've disconnected Time Machine, running the Mac straight from the modem. I still get an error message, when Apple checks my system status. Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
