Links Don't Show Up On Web Site

Links to adjust video and audio on Scopia (like Skype) show up when I access the Web portal on my Windows-based computer, but not on my MacBook Pro (I tried both Safari and Firefox). Somebody suggested adjusting settings of the client, but I'm unsure how to do that in Mac. Anybody have a suggestion? Thanks!
