I'm going to use a GoPro Hero 2 on an upcoming scuba dive and will need to add some red to it because the video is going to have a blue/green tint to it since the camera does not have a red filter.
What is the easiest way to add red to the video? And, after adding the red, do you just eyeball it to determine how much to add or is there some measurement tool for doing this?

You've got a couple of choices: in post, use the three way color corrector and shift over into the reds until you've got a nice balance. The other option is find the proper soft gel filter, cut out a circle and tape over the lens. There must be diver-shooters somewhere who could offer advice.
1.) If I have to do it in FCP, is it difficult to get a good balance of red back into the video with the 3-way color corrector?
2.) Would bringing a white card down with me and using this to select with the white balance tool automatically add the red back, or does it not work that way?

As a diver and underwater photographer, my experience is that a red filter and some post processing in FCP produces the best results.
Might I ask why you don't want your underwater footage to look like underwater footage?
well, I'm pretty new to this, though from what I understand all underwater photography/video uses red filters or has red added in post. At least that was my understanding.
