To get docs to iCloud's iWork, you drag a file from the computer to the iWork web page (which you access using a browser on your computer).  To get it back, click the "download" button on the icon for a given document (again, found in the iWork page).  However, you cannot download before having edited the file using an iOS deviced.

Where are you looking to try to "see" your docs in your pc or mbp?

I´ve done as you say I open the iwork page with my ID, but when I drag the file it only opens as a welcome, and it doesnt download, I don´t get any other message.  I suppose it´s because I only have Iwork in my macbook and in my Imac.

    I don´t know I´m doing something wrong I guess

To be able to use documents at icloud.com, you need at least one iOS device that uses the same account with at least one of the iWork apps installed.
