Q: iTunes takes many minutes to open.

iTunes takes many minutes to open & the preferences also take a long time. I have tried article "http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1421" but the only difference is if I run in a new user account. Nothing I do fixes my existing account. PLEASE HELP
