When redeeming The Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes digital copy on itunes after inserting the CD and going through the point where you enter the code for it and hit redeem and I enter my itunes information when it prompts it, for some reason it doesn't allow it to go through and keeps saying:
"To help ensure the security of your apple id, choose three security questions and answers" But it doesn't give me any option it is still stuck on the redeem box and I can't do anything to get past this point. What's going on?
Itunes software is 10.6.17 just updated today 6/3.
One last question I have. Because my external hard drive is filling up, is there a way to back all of my itunes digital copies so that I can remove them from my external hard drive and burn them on DVD thus making more space to redeem more. Thank you for your time.
