Two finger drag in boot camp?

I was wondering if it is at all possible to get two finger drag working on Windows 7 in boot camp. I've noticed that two click overrides movement and this is frustrating for what I'm trying to do. Are my drivers out of date or is this a current problem? Is there any other driver I can download that has this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
