Why I'm I having a problem making a purchase?
I have the same problem. I did all the troubleshooting steps, so my debice is fine, my iTiunes account is fine, and i can ourchase apps. When i make an inapp purchase, it says i have to contact iTunes support to complete the purchase. I logged with support, and the 24 hr window for answer has 2 more hours. If i learn anything i will let u know.

I've contacted iTunes only to be told to update my payment info. All of which is updated. My problem started after I upgraded to iOS7 is this the same for others?
