Q: Why can't I open these documents: "The document “88464-Movie[1].wmv” could not be opened. The movie's file format isn't recognised." I'm really starting to "get over Mac" because it's all too difficult to find answers. thanks to the universe for helping

This is crazy : I don't want to bother other Apple users from all around the jolly world : I would like Apple to stand up to the plate and assist me. For Goodness sake, I own and iPhone, an iPad and a Mac Laptop..... so does my entire jolly family.

 

Aren't I good enough to speak with?

 

I'm not happy. Honestly this is over the top.......

MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), I have a jolly laptop..... !!
