cubase 5 installation problem...

Hello! Today I installed my Cubase 5.5.3 on my new iMac that running under Mac Os x Lion (latest version). I've got a couple serious problems....

1. Will 32 bit Cubase 5 version (which is the only availible for Mac) support bunch of plugins that I usualy use on PC with 64 bit Cubase version?

2. Cubase 5 was installed in Japanese. I didn't chose that! Even after reinstallation the problem is stayed still. I changed the Language in preferenses but it's affected only transport panel and some more options. The menu and commands are still in Japanese.....
