my email is appearing with someone else's name as the recipient, but with my address

My email started appearing with someone else's name, but the email address is correct.

My preferences are correct. Has my full name in the "Full Name" section under accts.

It just started yesterday. I changed nothing. Weird. Thye've started appearing with my cousin's name.

I saw a similiar problem on here but no solution.

Any help would be appreciated.
