I tried turning the phone off overnight, then on again. No luck. I tried putting in headphones, resetting the phone. Then backing up and restarting as if it was a new phone. No luck. Since my phone is under warranty, I will be sending it back upon reciept of a new one. What a hassle. Try those things first. Good luck.

I have the same problem no sound at all no ringing no music loud speaker don't even work stuped phone I brought it off my ex husbands friend n I've had it for 3 months it's so annoying only time I have sound is wen headphones r in can anyone help me plzzzzzz

Topoli, First make sure it is not on mute. (side button at top). Try resetting - . I had to replace my phone., but it was under warranty. Good luck.

Theres a little switch on the side if it's red flip it
