Just received an iphone and can't figure out how to sync my contacts from outlook. Also can't download a manual
iPod touch, iOS 5.1.1
which iPhone? sync your contacts from address book through iTunes

A manual is already bookmarked for you in Safari. Tap the center icon at the bottom in Safari that looks like an open book. You can also download Apple's free iBooks app from the App Store and download a copy to there in the iBooks store.

To view the guide on your iPhone, launch Safari, tap the open book symbol at the bottom of the page to open the bookmarks list, scroll to the bottom and tap the bookmark for "iPhone User Guide".
