Filevault2 login screen problem

Macbook pro recusing my password on the login screen after a system crash. I use filevault2 and efi with password too. None of the passwords are being accepted and the recovery key text field don't let me put numbers. Can anyone please help?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Boot into Recovery (command-R at startup) and launch Disk Utility. Are you able to unlock the volume with the password?

What backups do you have?

Thanks Link. Cmd+r ask for the EFI password and don't accept it too.

I think its some filevault login screen bug or something in my keyboard. I have time capsule backup but my mac is completely locked.

I misunderstood your question. It's not your FileVault password that's the problem, it's the EFI password.

You need help from Apple to resolve this problem:
