Jun 4, 2012 1:21 PM in response to Zoe McBrideby planb77,That would have helped knowing that in your initial post. I assume you have tried different USB ports and a different USB sync cable if at all possible? Can you try and restore the iPod on another PC or Mac?
Are you running the latest version of iTunes (10.6.1)?
