So i lost my itouch and there's no way i can track it because i dont have the tracker app, is there any way my itouch can be replaced with a new one if i have the warranty?

If yu turned on the FindMyiPod feature in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud, sign in and go to FindMyiPhone.

Report to police and change the passwaords for all accounts used on the iPod.

Losing your iPod is not a defect in the iPod. Thus it is not covered by the warranty.
