If you had put a rescue email address on your account then you would have a reset link on that Password & Security screen. As you aren't getting the reset link then you haven't done that and you will need to contact Support to get them reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address to your account in case you need to use it in the future

Usually you will need to contact iTunes store support and you can't choose your own questions anymore but this workaround may help:

-On the device/computer that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.

    - Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select "done", in the upper right corner

    - Sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you should be asked to verify your security code for the credit/debit card and NOT the security questions.

    - At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security questions.

Sorry, you need to post your question in your native language. What you have written is nonsensical. Also, this thread is about forgetting Apple ID security questions. If your question is about a lost iPhone, please start a new thread.

Whatever your issue is, it can be resolved. However, you will have to tell us what it is rather than talking about how mad you are....
