Camera blank screen
When I go to camera I get a blank screen. No functionality at all! Tried turning on and off. No change
Any suggestions?

In the lower right corner of the Camera App screen, there is a small camera with circular arrows. Pressing it changes from the front to the rear camera. Do either of your cameras work?
If both front and rear cameras are showing a blank screen, the iPad may be defective unless you have a case that is covering up the camera lenses.
One thing you can try is to reset (reboot) the iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything, and sometimes clears up mysterious problems.
Otherwise, I suggest you show it to an Apple Store Genius. If the Genius can not fix it, you may get a replacement iPad.
If there is no Apple Store near you, look for an Apple Authorized Repair Center. There may be one in your city. <Apple Authorized Repair Centers>
