For 10.6.3? Sure. Here's a start at what's available. There's a lot.

But far and away the easiest is to upgrade to 10.6.8, and you'll then have access to the Apple tools for this detection and removal, and also the fix for the Java vulnerability, and you'll also have installed the various other security fixes that have been released since 10.6.3 shipped, too.

I cannot think of any justification for still running 10.6.3. There may be valid reasons to wait a week or two before updating, but your's has not been updated in over two years!

Software Update has all you need.

To be more explicit. When you apply (or previously applied) the most recent security update, the Software Update utility would have automatically executed the Flashback malware removal tool. It would have also notified you if it detected the flashback malware.

There is nothing else you need to do beside apply all the Software updates available.
