How can I upload apps on my iPhone to my new laptop?

I just a Mac. My iPhone is synced with my PC.
Is there anyway that I can upload my iPhone apps to my Mac?
If you intent to begin syncing your phone with your new computer, to avoid losing your data copy the entire iTunes folder from your old computer to your new one using one of the methods outlined here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527. You also need to move any other synced data that is not in your iTunes library such as any synced photos, calendars, contacts, etc.
Another option is to use Migration Assistant on your mac (available here: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1415) to migrate your data to your new computer. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4796.
