I'm resurrecting an old Powerbook G4 667 and wonder how to connect it to my network

I'm resurrecting an old Powerbook G4 667 and wonder if it will connect cordlessly to my home network via wi-fi ?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8), applications working well with macs

That would be the Titanium PowerBook G4. It used the old 802.11b AirPort card internally, but it was "optional" on some configurations. You can connect it wirelessly to your network, but the specific details depend on a few things.


(1) Hardware - Does it have the internal AirPort card?


(2) OS - Does it run Mac OS X, or Mac OS 9? If Mac OS X, which version?


(3) Home WiFi Network - Is it set to support the old 802.11b? What security setting does it use (WEP/WPA)?
