Q: iphone 4s calendar isn't syncing to icloud, microsoft outlook isn't syncing to icloud

All were syncing and now, nothing is syncing.

Iphone calendar is not syncing to Icloud. 

Microsoft outlook is not syncing to Icloud.

Not sure what is going on, but I need this working!
