Q: How do i transfer a movie from my library to my iPod?

What library?

Connect iPod to your PC.  Select your iPod under 'Devices' on iTunes left Pane.  On the right go to Movies tab, make sure SYNC MOVIES box is checked as well as the movies.  Click the APPLY or SYNC button on the lower right window.

The movie is not in Bunky Man's iTunes.

He did say 'My Library' to (on) iTunes?  :-)

Yes, the OP asked how to , "transfer a movie from my library to iTunes" and "or if possible straight from my library to my iPod".

This is why I asked which is why I asked "what library?".
