Magic mouse acts weird when using WiFi

Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced the following problem when usig their Magic Mouse? I also have an Airport Extreme and when someone is connected via WiFi the the Airport unit my Magic Mouse acts funny like the signal is interupted for the Magic Mouse and so the mouse no longer moves smoothly. It doesn't seem to matter whether it is a laptop or iPad 2 connected. Anyone else have this problem? Or better yet, if you do, any fixes for the problem?

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 8 gb RAM

Sometimes there's interference between the two because they're both on the 2.4Ghz band. You can usually fix it by changing the wifi channel in your router to a lower setting (1-3).
