iTunes Compatability Issue

For some reason, I cannot launch iTunes. I get a message that says iTunes is not compatable. The problem just started. I have a PC and use Windows 7. Any suggestions?

Try the following document, only be sure that none of the boxes in the compatibility tab are checked (not just the compatibility mode box itself):
